Many times awarded as the hotel of the year in Serbia. This very nice building situated in the centre of the historical town has got 85 rooms of the modern comfort, two restaurants and one magnificent terrace in front of the medieval bridge. The service is deserving French three stars. A good wine cellar. In brief the address not to be missed. Single room 61 euros (full pension).

A more modest hotel, but still correct, placed between the centre and the railway station. The rooms less outstanding, but proper. The interest in this hotel is that it offers many days arrangements. 19 euros for the complete pension in a single room.

A little hostel of no confidence, but practical because situated on the central artery.

The villages of Valjevska Kamenica, Taor and Stave offer rural night spending for about 850 dinars per person with the cold breakfast, cheese and “tutti quanti” equivalent of the French one. THE MOUNTAIN HOUSES MADE OF WOOD
