Theatres

NARODNO POZORISTE (National Theatre), Francuska 3, Phone: 620 046. On the Square of the Republic, place of the great theatrical presentations of the drama, ballet and opera. Founded 1868 by Prince Mihailo Obrenovic it has gathered together the greatest pieces and had got three scenes. Don’t hesitate to take your places there, especially pour the ballet played perfectly.

 

ATELJE 212, Svetogorska21, Phone: 324 7342. One of the high places of the student contest since 1968 and of the avant-garde theatre. A lot of drama plays among the best known in the last years.

 

JUGOSLOVENSKO DRAMSKO POZORISTE, Kralja Milana 50, Phone: 644 447. Comedies and tragedies are alternating in this building dressed entirely in glass. Here are played according to the success of the modern Serbian repertoire.


Cinema

For 150 dinars by day and 200 dinars in the evening you can follow the fantastic history of Muja, you plunge into the sweet-cruel ambiance of one of the numerous pictures of his of the new wave which return on the screens in 1990. the ambience is here always of a good mood and one does not hesitate to react in vivo to the injustice of the bad people or to the tempestuous love of the beautiful heroine.
